We do not guarantee that a builder will contact you, offer a certain price, accept your project, meet a schedule, deliver a certification, or achieve any energy, comfort, cost, or performance result. Those outcomes depend on the home, climate, site, design, scope, and the professionals you hire. You should compare options and confirm scope, price, timeline, license, and insurance in writing with any builder you may choose.
Your choices and homeowner reminders
You can choose not to submit a form. If you do submit one, please share only what is needed for your project request. Do not send financial account numbers or other highly sensitive information through our forms.
If you want to update your contact details, ask a question, or tell us you no longer want follow-up from EverGrain Built, contact us through the site. If a matched builder contacts you and you want them to stop, you should also tell that builder directly.
Before hiring anyone, we strongly suggest that you:
